Custom Software Engineer - Pune
Accenture is seeking a Custom Software Engineer to join our team in Pune. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, coding, and enhancing custom software solutions. You will leverage modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing applications tailored to specific business needs.
As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met, facilitate discussions to address challenges, and guide the implementation of effective solutions. You will also participate in strategic planning sessions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that developed applications meet both user needs and technical requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Collaborate with and manage team performance.
- Take ownership of team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key strategic decisions.
- Provide effective solutions to problems for your immediate team and across other teams.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Facilitate regular team meetings to track progress and address roadblocks.
Technical Skills:
- Must-Have:
- Proficiency in React.js.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management.
- Experience with front-end build tools and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 7.5 years of experience in React.js development.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- This position is based in our Pune office.
