Project Role: Custom Software Engineer
Project Role Description: Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. This role requires expertise in Angular and a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Summary
As a Senior Front End Engineer, you will lead the development of innovative and seamless user interfaces for applications within the IT and AI sectors in Pune. You will employ best practices and cutting-edge technologies to deliver high-quality front-end solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals. Your role involves guiding the technical direction of projects and mentoring junior engineers, facilitating the integration of robust and scalable front-end architectures.
Technical Skills: Typescript, CSS, React, Angular, Vue.js, Selenium, Playwright
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and implement complex user interfaces using modern frameworks and languages like React, Angular, and Vue.js, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Utilize TypeScript for scalable and maintainable code, complemented by expert manipulation of CSS to create visually appealing interfaces.
- Lead technical discussions and decisions regarding front-end architecture, driving the adoption of best practices and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with backend engineers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to align front-end development with overall project objectives.
- Develop and execute automated tests using tools like Selenium and Playwright to guarantee the stability and integrity of front-end code.
- Drive the implementation of quality assurance processes, ensuring the delivery of high-quality interfaces.
- Encourage a culture of impact-orientation, collaboration, and learning.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Extensive experience in front-end development, with a strong command of TypeScript, React, Angular, CSS, and Vue.js.
- Proven track record of implementing automated testing solutions using Selenium and Playwright.
- Experience in leading technical teams and guiding front-end architectural decisions.
