Accenture is seeking a Custom Software Engineer to lead the design, build, and configuration of applications, serving as the primary point of contact. This role is instrumental in conceptualizing and implementing AI-driven enhancements for traditional SAP Landscapes, driving the next generation of enterprise automation and intelligence. The SAP Architect will design and oversee the implementation of complex SAP solutions, bridging business needs and technical realities to create scalable, efficient systems aligned with an organization's strategy, with an AI-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand business objectives and translate them into detailed SAP Architecture requirements.
• Visualize innovative solutions leveraging GenAI Agentic architecture and best-in-class technologies from SAP and other providers.
• Work with real-time AI platforms, integrating AI insights into enterprise decision-making workflows.
• Bridge technical AI concepts with business goals, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Demonstrate hands-on experience in GenAI (LLMs, embeddings, vector databases) and Agentic AI applications (multi-agent systems, planning, reasoning) through project implementations.
• Possess strong fundamental knowledge of the AI lifecycle, data analysis, statistical concepts of ML algorithms (supervised and unsupervised learning), and AI concepts of NN (Neural Networks) and NLP (Natural Language Processing).
• Solid grasp of prompt engineering, AI evaluation frameworks, and value realization in AI projects.
• Create high-level architectural blueprints and detailed technical designs for SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and SAP roadmaps for on-premises, Cloud Hyper-Vs, and SAP on RISE Hosting.
• Design and implement strategies for seamlessly integrating SAP Applications with other Enterprise applications, third-party systems, and legacy applications.
• Implement robust security measures and ensure data protection compliance within the SAP landscape.
• Analyze system performance and implement optimizations to ensure the efficiency and functionality of SAP applications.
• Mentor junior architects and developers, providing technical leadership on large-scale SAP projects.
• Deep knowledge of various SAP offerings.
• Design platform layout (hardware/family type) for SAP systems.
• Hands-on Application Lifecycle Management: build, validations, upgrades, patching, conversion, and performance optimization of SAP systems for On-prem, Cloud SAP Rise hosting, SAP BTP, and Cloud ALM.
• Hands-on experience on OS/DB migration upgrades with knowledge of SAP Service Market Place, SAP Maintenance Planner, SWPM, SUM tools.
• Understand CQC Reports and support Pre-Go live checks and post go-live checks with On-prem, Cloud SAP on RISE hosting.
• Strong knowledge of SAP stack and platform security, including SAP Application and HANA security (SSL/TLS/SSFS/LSS/KMS/SSO/SAML).
• Knowledge of SAP-supported output management architectures such as CUPS, Print Server, etc.
• Design architecture for SAP Integration and Cloud Transport Management Solutions.
• Effective communication with the ability to drive critical issues (P1/P2 or Migration) with cross-functional, multi-vendor (SAP, 3rd parties), and client vendors.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Technical Expertise:

• Deep knowledge of SAP platforms and technologies, including cloud solutions, SAP S/4HANA, ABAP, SAP Fiori, and BTP (Business Technology Platform), Agentic Architecture designs.

Business Acumen:

• Strong understanding of various business areas (e.g., finance, supply chain, HR) to effectively align SAP solutions with business processes.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with diverse teams, including business leaders, developers, and client stakeholders. Working with global and virtual teams.

Strategic Thinking:

• Ability to develop long-term architectural strategies and roadmaps for SAP implementations and digital transformations.

• Certifications (Any 2): Microsoft Certified: Azure for SAP Workloads Specialty / AWS Certified Solution Architect Associate, SAP S/4HANA Conversion and SAP System Upgrade, Solution Transformation Consultant with SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Certified Professional - Solution Architect - SAP BTP, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert / AWS Certified: SAP on AWS Specialty, SAP Build Work Zone Implementation and Administration, SAP Certified Professional - SAP Enterprise Architect, SAP Certified Associate - SAP Build Work Zone - Implementation and Administration, SAP Certified Associate - Implementation Consultant - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition/ SAP Certified Specialist - Implementation Consultant - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition.
• Programming knowledge on Python, Ansible, Terraform YAML scripting.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in a cloud environment.

Minimum 7.5 years of experience is required.

Educational Qualification: 15 years full-time education.
