Summary

As a Custom Software Engineer in Mumbai, you will develop custom software solutions, designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems and applications. Your daily tasks will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, employing modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions specific to business needs. You will be involved in coding, testing, and debugging, ensuring software quality and adherence to project timelines. Participation in team meetings for progress discussion, challenge identification, and innovative idea generation will foster a collaborative environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Collaborate with and manage the team's performance.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Continuously evaluate and improve development processes for increased efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
• Strong understanding of web development frameworks and technologies.
• Experience with database management systems and data modeling.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
• This position is based in Mumbai.
• A 15-year full-time education is required.
