As a Custom Software Engineer in Mumbai, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and enhancing custom software solutions. Your responsibilities will include coding and integrating components across various systems and applications, leveraging modern frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions. You will collaborate with team members to understand project needs, develop innovative solutions aligned with business objectives, and contribute to problem-solving activities. This role requires you to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME), manage team performance, and make key decisions. You will engage with multiple teams, provide solutions, and mentor junior members to foster skill development. A strong focus will be placed on continuously assessing and improving application performance and user experience.
