Custom Software Engineer - Kolkata
Accenture is seeking a skilled Custom Software Engineer to join our team in Kolkata, India. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and configuring applications that precisely meet intricate business process and application requirements. You will leverage your expertise, particularly in Veeva Vault, to create tailored software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage tasks and evolve into a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your domain.
- Actively participate and contribute to team discussions and problem-solving sessions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meticulously gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with development efforts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently to guarantee seamless operations.
- Develop comprehensive documentation for application configurations and development processes, fostering knowledge sharing and maintainability.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting best practices and professional growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Veeva Vault is essential.
- Proven experience in customizing and configuring Veeva Vault applications to address specific business needs.
- A strong grasp of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and fundamental application design principles.
- The ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration strategies within Veeva Vault environments.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance for enhanced user experience.
- A full-time educational qualification spanning 15 years is a prerequisite.
