Custom Software Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Custom Software Engineer to join our team in Kolkata, India. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet specific business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop innovative solutions, and ensure applications are optimized for performance and user experience. Your responsibilities include participating in code reviews, contributing to development best practices, and ensuring the development of robust and scalable applications. We expect you to perform independently and become a subject matter expert, actively participating in team discussions and contributing solutions to work-related problems. You will also assist in documenting application specifications and designs, and collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve application issues. Essential skills include proficiency in React.js, experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX), a strong understanding of RESTful APIs, familiarity with front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel), and knowledge of responsive design principles. A minimum of 2 years of experience in React.js and 15 years of full-time education are required. This position is based in our Gurugram office.
