About The Role
Project Role: Custom Software Engineer
Project Role Description: Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. This role requires proficiency in the Flutter Software Development Kit (SDK) and a strong understanding of mobile application development principles. Experience with RESTful APIs, backend service integration, and version control systems like Git is essential. The ideal candidate can write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. This is a full-time position based in our Hyderabad office, requiring 15 years of full-time education and a minimum of 7 years of experience specifically with the Flutter SDK.
Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with team members to understand project goals, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring applications align with user needs and business objectives. You will engage in problem-solving, participate in team meetings, and contribute to the overall success of projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Collaborate with and manage the team to perform effectively.
- Responsible for making key team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to critical decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Flutter Software Development Kit (SDK).
- Strong understanding of mobile application development principles.

Additional Information:
