Custom Software Engineer - Accenture Hyderabad
Accenture is seeking a Custom Software Engineer in Hyderabad to design, build, and configure applications that meet specific business process and application requirements. This role involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing solutions aligned with business objectives, and optimizing applications for performance and usability. The engineer will also engage in problem-solving, providing support and enhancements to existing applications, and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices. This position requires a deep understanding of SAP Concur, including at least 2-3 years of mandatory Concur Implementation experience and a CIP Expense certification. Proficiency in SAP Concur is a must-have technical skill. Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components is a good-to-have skill. The role demands a strong understanding of application development methodologies and experience with integrating applications with other systems. Familiarity with user interface design principles and best practices is also expected. The candidate will be expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborate with and manage teams, make responsible team decisions, and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams. Providing solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams, as well as mentoring junior team members, are crucial aspects of this role. Continuous assessment and improvement of application performance and user experience are also key responsibilities. A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Concur is required. This position is based at our Hyderabad office and necessitates 15 years of full-time education.
