About The Role
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing custom software solutions. This involves designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems and applications. You will leverage modern frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions that precisely meet specific business requirements. Your typical responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to deeply understand business needs, implementing solutions using cutting-edge technologies, and ensuring the software aligns with overall project objectives and organizational success. You will also be expected to engage in problem-solving activities, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide solutions for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
In this role, you will collaborate and manage the team effectively, taking responsibility for team decisions. You will engage with various stakeholders and contribute to critical decision-making processes. Mentoring junior team members to foster their skill development and continuous improvement of software development processes to enhance efficiency are also key aspects of this position.
