Mandatory Skills
- Microsoft Azure DevOps: Minimum 8 years of experience required.
- DevSecOps: Must have practical experience in building secure software development lifecycles.

Responsibilities & Expectations
The ideal candidate will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborating and managing teams. Key duties include:
- Collaborating with multiple teams to drive key decisions.
- Solving complex problems for immediate and cross-functional teams.
- Leading the implementation of best practices and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Facilitating knowledge sharing and mentoring team members.
- Coordinating with stakeholders to align software development efforts with business objectives.
Tech Stack & Expertise
You must possess proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps, including experience with CI/CD pipelines within cloud environments. A strong understanding of version control systems, collaborative workflows, and automation (build, test, deploy) is essential. Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools for cloud platforms will be highly valued.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in Microsoft Azure DevOps; Total experience preferred at senior level.
- Education: 15 years full-time education required.
