We are seeking a seasoned Custom Software Engineer to develop tailored software solutions for our Gurugram office, India.
About the Role
You will design, code, and enhance components across PeopleSoft systems or applications. The role requires working with contemporary frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure scalable, high-performing solutions that meet unique business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the team on PeopleSoft Administration.
- Collaborate across multiple teams to drive key decisions and problem-solving initiatives.
- Lead efforts in identifying process improvements that enhance productivity and software quality within PeopleSoft environments.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration with our technology stack.
Skill Requirements
Must-Have:
• Proficiency in PeopleSoft Administration.
• Strong knowledge of system architecture, integration techniques, troubleshooting, optimization, upgrades/patches, and database management specific to PeopleSoft.
Note: Minimum 5 years of experience required.
