We are seeking an experienced Custom Software Engineer to join our Gurugram office. In this role, you will design, code, and enhance custom software solutions tailored to specific business needs using modern frameworks and agile practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving components within systems or applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective software designs.
• Maintain and improve existing software by identifying areas for enhancement.
• Document development processes to support knowledge sharing.
• Assist junior team members in their professional growth.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in C++ Programming Language.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
• Experience with debugging, performance optimization, version control systems, and agile methodologies.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in C++ development.
• 15+ years of full-time education.
