Custom Software Engineer in Gurugram, Haryana

Accenture is seeking a talented Custom Software Engineer to join their team in Gurugram, Haryana. This role focuses on designing, developing, and enhancing custom software solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering scalable, high-performing applications tailored to specific business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, build, and configuration of applications as the primary point of contact.
• Collaborate with various teams to gather requirements and develop innovative solutions.
• Ensure the successful implementation of projects and engage in problem-solving.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, focusing on delivering high-quality software.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and manage team performance.
• Make crucial team and cross-team decisions.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to improve team skills.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Must-Have Skills: Java Full Stack Development (Java 8, Core Java, Python).
• Good-to-Have Skills: PgSQL database (queries and scripting), Python Flask AppBuilder, Python Boto3.
• Strong proficiency in Java as the primary skill and Python as the secondary skill.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with back-end frameworks like Spring or Hibernate.
• Familiarity with both SQL and NoSQL database management systems.
• Ability to implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• 15 years of full-time education is required.
