Project Role: Custom Software Engineer

Role Description: As a Custom Software Engineer at Accenture in Gurugram, you will collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and design applications that align with business processes. You will develop tailored software solutions using SAP BTP, analyze existing workflows, propose enhancements, and ensure seamless integration within the organizational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform independently as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Participate actively in team discussions to refine application features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements.
• Develop and implement custom software applications on the SAP BTP platform.
• Support process optimization initiatives through continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain clear documentation of designs and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development (Mandatory).
• Experience with cloud-based application development, deployment, and integration techniques within SAP environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail for troubleshooting technical issues.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development.
• 15+ full-time education completed (typically a Bachelor's degree).
• Location: Gurugram office, India.
