We are seeking a Custom Software Engineer to join our team in Gurugram, India. In this role, you will design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications, developing custom software solutions. You will leverage modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. This is a permanent job requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience.
The ideal candidate will have an AI-first mindset, focusing on designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade solutions using Generative and Agentic AI frameworks. You will lead AI-driven solution design and delivery, applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows. A strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks is essential, along with the ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization.
Must-have skills include Google BigQuery. We are looking for professionals with 15 years of full-time education and 2 to 4 years of experience.
