Custom Software Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a forward-thinking professional with an AI-first mindset (Custom Software Engineer) located in Chennai, India. This role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade solutions using Generative and Agentic AI frameworks to drive innovation and business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-On Coding: Actively develop, test, and deploy application-heavy solutions in .NET Core (C#, ASP.NET), Python for backend systems, and front-end technologies like React or Angular.
• Solution Design: Partner with senior architects to design scalable, cloud-native architectures focusing on performance and integration across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Integration Development: Build integrations using APIs, microservices, REST, GraphQL, Kafka, or message queues.
• AI Integration: Implement practical AI features such as automation and basic analytics using cloud-based services like Azure OpenAI/Azure Foundry or frameworks like TensorFlow/PyTorch.
• Infrastructure Support: Collaborate with DevOps to implement containerized solutions (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines using IaC tools like Terraform.

Qualifications

Experience: 5 to 12 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, including at least 2 years in a lead developer or junior architect role.
Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in .NET and Python; familiarity with React/Angular for front-end.
AWS & Azure Knowledge: Demonstrated experience deploying solutions across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
DevOps Practices: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform/Bicep, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
