Custom Software Engineer

Accenture is seeking a skilled Custom Software Engineer for its Chennai location. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, coding, and enhancing custom software solutions, ensuring they are scalable, high-performing, and precisely tailored to meet specific business needs. You will leverage modern frameworks and agile practices throughout the development lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include developing custom software solutions, contributing to the design and enhancement of components across various systems and applications. You will be expected to act independently, becoming a subject matter expert, and actively participate in team discussions to solve complex technical challenges. This role also involves assisting in the documentation of application processes and workflows, and a commitment to continuous learning to stay abreast of the latest technological advancements.

We are looking for candidates with a strong command of the Salesforce ecosystem, specifically the Omnistudio Platform, Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Order Management, and Salesforce Communications Cloud. Familiarity with application development methodologies, Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), Industries CPQ logic, and Order Management (OM) flows is essential. Experience with Enterprise Sales Management (ESM) and hands-on development using OmniStudio, Apex, and LWC is required. The ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently is also a key requirement.

This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience, with a significant focus on the Salesforce Omnistudio Platform and Communications Cloud. A full-time education spanning 15 years is mandatory.
