Role: Custom Software Engineer
About the Role: As a Custom Software Engineer based in Bengaluru, you will design, code, and enhance components across various systems or applications. You will leverage modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Planisware implementations.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to manage workflows and perform critical decision-making duties.
- Solve complex problems across your immediate team and cross-functional projects.
- Lead initiatives to identify process improvements that enhance productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior members to support their professional growth within the organization.
- Ensure alignment on project objectives through effective coordination with multiple teams.
Key Skills Required
Must-Have: Proficiency in Planisware, 7.5+ years of experience, strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies, ability to design scalable architectures, troubleshooting expertise, and integration familiarity.
- Educational Qualification: Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
