Role: Custom Software Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Python engineer with expertise in Generative AI to design, code, and enhance scalable software solutions. You will build automation for application support operations using Python, GenAI, and Agentic AI.

• Create reusable workflows from incidents, requests, batch jobs, observability data, and alerts.
• Design HLD/LLD documents, frameworks, and patterns across ITIL phases.

Core Responsibilities

• Solution Design: Act as an SME in Python automation and GenAI for assigned workstreams.
• GenAI & Agentic AI: Implement agent orchestration, tool calling, RAG over runbooks, and knowledge assistants using LangChain/LangGraph on Azure OpenAI or Bedrock.
• Automation Scope: Automate ticketing (triage, routing, auto-remediation) and non-ticketing tasks (batch processing, health checks).
• SRE & Observability: Manage SLI/SLOs, self-healing systems, alert noise reduction using Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana.

Tech Stack

Mandatory: Advanced Python, GenAI/Agentic AI (LangChain, AutoGen), REST API, JSON, SQL, CI/CD, ITIL.
Preferred: Vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS), Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
