Project Role: Custom Software Engineer

About the Role:
As a Custom Software Engineer at Accenture's Bengaluru office, you will analyze complex client requirements and design robust application components. Your day-to-day involves coding, testing, maintaining existing software, and implementing enhancements to improve performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze case triage issues, reproduce bugs, and communicate effectively with Partners/Business Development Managers (BDMs).
• Raise technical issues for engineering teams after validation from Product Area Leads or Subject Matter Experts.
• Ensure timely resolution of bug communications while adhering to SLA milestones.
• Route case drafts appropriately: CJK cases to Translators and Peer Review cases to designated Reviewers.
• Elevate significant product trends, bugs, or feature requests directly to PA Leads.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Mandatory: Minimum 2 years of hands-on Android Application Development experience. Past experience in developing Android games is required (using C++, C#, Unity, or Unreal).
• Tech Stack: Proficiency in Java and Kotlin for app/game development.
• Frameworks & Tools: Deep familiarity with Android SDK, Android Studio, Jetpack, Retrofit, and Dagger.
• Databases: Strong knowledge of SQLite and other database management systems.
• APIs: Experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling JSON data structures.

Educational Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is strictly required.

Additional Information:

• The position requires rotational shifts: 6:00 PM - 4 AM for the first 3 months, followed by 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM for the remaining 9 months of the year.
• This role is based at Accenture's client office in Bengaluru/Gurgaon. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
