Custom Software Engineer

As a Custom Software Engineer at Accenture in Bengaluru, you will be instrumental in developing innovative custom software solutions. Your role will involve designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems and applications. You will leverage modern frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions precisely tailored to meet specific business requirements. Your typical day will include close collaboration with cross-functional teams to thoroughly understand business needs, problem-solving to ensure software quality and performance, and adapting to evolving project demands.

Key responsibilities include acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborating with and managing teams to drive performance, and being responsible for critical team decisions. You will engage with multiple teams, contributing to key strategic decisions and providing solutions to complex problems affecting your team and beyond. Mentoring junior team members to foster their growth and continuously evaluating and improving development processes for enhanced efficiency are also integral parts of this role.

Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js is essential. Strong understanding of component-based architecture and design patterns is required. Experience with state management libraries like Redux or MobX, and familiarity with RESTful APIs and backend service integration are also crucial.

Good-to-Have Skills: Experience with Node.js is beneficial.

Experience Requirement: A minimum of 7.5 years of experience in React.js is mandatory.

Educational Qualification: 15 years of full-time education is required.
