Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact.
• Expected to perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute to providing solutions for work-related problems.
• Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks. Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization.

Must To Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
• Strong understanding of application development methodologies.
• Experience with system integration and data migration.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
• Familiarity with user interface design principles.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
• A 15-year full-time education is required.
