Custom Software Engineer - Bengaluru

Accenture is seeking a Custom Software Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet diverse business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, creating user-centered designs, and iterating on prototypes based on user feedback. You will also engage in problem-solving sessions to enhance application functionality and ensure a seamless user experience, while keeping abreast of industry trends to inform your design decisions.

About The Role

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions, including designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems or applications. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must-Have Skills:
• Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.
• Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch or Figma.
• Ability to create user personas and journey maps to inform design decisions.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies to collaborate effectively with developers.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in User Experience (UX) Design.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
