Project Role: Custom Software Engineer
Project Role Description: Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact.
- Expected to perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
Professional Technical Skills:
- Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks. Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization.
- Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
- Strong understanding of application development methodologies.
- Experience with system integration and data migration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with user interface design principles.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience is required in total.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
- Experience range is 2-5 years.
Educational Qualification: 15 years of full-time education is required.
