Custom Software Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Custom Software Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing custom software solutions and components across various systems and applications. You will leverage modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions that precisely meet business requirements.

A significant aspect of this role involves working with cutting-edge AI technologies. You will be expected to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade solutions using Generative and Agentic AI frameworks to drive innovation, efficiency, and business transformation. This includes leading AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact.

Key responsibilities include independent performance, becoming a subject matter expert (SME), active participation in team discussions, contributing to problem-solving, assisting in the documentation of application processes and workflows, and engaging in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends.

Required Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Workday Core HCM is essential.
• Strong understanding of application development methodologies.
• Experience with system integration and data migration.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
• Familiarity with user interface design principles.
• Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
• Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization.

Additional Information:

• Minimum of 3 years of overall experience required.
• A minimum of 2 years of specific experience in Workday Core HCM is required.
• 15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
