Custom Software Engineer

Accenture is seeking a Custom Software Engineer in Bengaluru to develop custom software solutions. You will be responsible for designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems and applications. Utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices, you will deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, engaging in coding, testing, and debugging, and ensuring seamless integration of software components. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with and manage teams to perform development tasks.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decision-making processes.
• Provide solutions to technical problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity.

Technical Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in application development using Angular 16+, Typescript, Rxjs, NgRx, HTML5, CSS3.
• Proficiency in Javascript frameworks.
• Experience in developing and maintaining scalable, high-performance front-end solutions.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Experience collaborating closely with backend engineers and UX/UI designers to build cohesive and user-friendly applications.
• Experience with various types of testing, including unit testing (Jest, Jasmine, Karma).
• Skills in troubleshooting and debugging frontend issues.
• Knowledge of Web Accessibility WCAG 2.2 A, AA Standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Qualifications:

• 15 years of full-time education is required.
