Project Role: Custom Software Engineer
Project Role Description: We are seeking a skilled Custom Software Engineer to design, code, and enhance software components. This role involves developing scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs using modern frameworks and agile development practices.
As a Custom Software Engineer in Bengaluru, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and ensure developed applications align with project goals. Your responsibilities will include engaging in problem-solving, contributing to design reviews, and participating in iterative development to enhance application functionality and user experience. You are expected to work independently and become a subject matter expert (SME), actively participating in team discussions and contributing to solutions for work-related problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Design, develop, and enhance custom software solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
