Custom Software Engineer

Accenture is seeking a Custom Software Engineer for its Bengaluru office. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, coding, and enhancing custom software solutions and components across various systems and applications. You will leverage modern frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions that precisely meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, build, and configuration of applications.
• Act as the primary point of contact for application development efforts.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Facilitate discussions to resolve technical challenges and guide the development process.
• Engage in strategic planning to align application features with business objectives.
• Ensure final products meet user needs and expectations.
• Balance technical oversight with team management, fostering innovation and collaboration.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and guide team performance.
• Make crucial team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
• Provide effective solutions to problems for your immediate team and broader teams.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill and knowledge enhancement.
• Conduct regular team meetings to monitor progress and address roadblocks.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in React.js.
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management.
• Experience with front-end build tools and version control systems.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 7.5 years of experience in React.js development is required.
• 15 years of full-time education is a mandatory requirement.
• This position is based in our Bengaluru office.
