Custom Application Architect

About the Role: Custom Application Architect (SAP HANA)

We are seeking a Senior Custom Application Architect to design application architectures for custom software systems, translating business needs into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Engage with stakeholders to align architecture with organizational goals and user requirements.
• SME responsibilities: Collaborate, manage teams, drive key decisions, and solve complex problems across multiple units.
• Foster knowledge sharing, mentoring, and performance enhancement within the team.
• Evaluate new technologies/tools to improve system architecture and development processes.

Mandatory Skills:

Deep proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

Premier Skills (RAP, Fiori UI5):

• SAP RAP experience
• Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5

You will need a strong understanding of application architecture principles, design patterns, performance tuning for SAP applications, familiarity with Agile methodologies, and project management tools.

Candidate Criteria:

• Minimum 7.5 years experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA specifically.
• Bengaluru office based role.
• A minimum of 15 years full-time education.
