Job Summary

Need82 is seeking a forward-thinking and hands-on CTO – Software Developer to spearhead the complete technology and Artificial Intelligence transformation for their organization. This pivotal role involves building robust, scalable software systems, integrating advanced AI tools, automating operational processes, and driving digital innovation across all facets of the company. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping the future of technology at Need Eighty Two Forex and Travels Pvt. Ltd. in Barasat, West Bengal.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s strategic technology and AI roadmap.
• Oversee end-to-end software development lifecycle, from initial architecture design to final deployment.
• Design, develop, and maintain critical applications including the company website, booking engine, CRM, and internal operational systems.
• Create and implement AI-driven automation solutions to enhance sales, customer support, and overall operational efficiency.
• Integrate various APIs, including payment gateways, travel portals, and other third-party systems.
• Implement and leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT APIs, AI chatbots, workflow automation tools, and advanced data analytics platforms.
• Utilize AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Claude) to optimize business processes and drive efficiency.
• Ensure the highest standards of data security, cybersecurity, and maintain a scalable cloud infrastructure.
• Manage cloud hosting environments (AWS / Azure / GCP) and oversee database systems.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the technical team to achieve optimal performance and innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA or equivalent).
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in software development and system architecture.
• Proficiency in full-stack development technologies such as React, Angular, Node.js, PHP, or Python.
• Expertise in database management systems including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Demonstrable experience in cloud and server management.
• Extensive hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, and API integrations.
• Solid understanding of AI agents, prompt engineering techniques, and workflow automation tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience within the Travel-Tech or E-commerce industry.
• Proven experience in building and managing CRM, ERP, or sophisticated booking systems.
• Basic knowledge of machine learning concepts and AI model integration.
