Role Overview

EY is seeking an experienced Technology Solution Lead (TSL) for our Global Managed Services team in Bengaluru. In this strategic role, you will act as a trusted advisor, shaping deal proposals and architecting end-to-end technology solutions that drive business outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead deal architecture and solution design for mid-to-large scale managed services engagements.
• Translate client requirements into optimized technical solutions utilizing EY's technology stack and platform capabilities.
• Develop enterprise-grade architecture, including cloud migrations, microservices adoption, and ERP integration (Dynamics 365 focus).
• Apply TOGAF and SAFe frameworks to ensure alignment with business, data, application, and security disciplines.
• Collaborate across internal product owners, service line leaders, and global delivery teams to ensure successful solution implementation from pre-sales to hypercare.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in technology leadership, business development, and enterprise architecture.
• Deep expertise in end-to-end ERP project implementations.
• Strong background in application, infrastructure, digital, and security architecture.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority in a global, matrixed environment.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Professional certification in Data, Architecture (TOGAF), or ERP modules (SAP, Dynamics, Oracle) is mandatory.
