Token Metrics is actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full-Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and architecting both front-end and back-end systems. You will ensure the responsiveness and optimal performance of our applications and collaborate closely with our design team on web design features. This position requires a proactive individual capable of managing projects from inception to completion, demonstrating strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain front-end website architecture.
• Design and implement intuitive user interactions for web pages.
• Develop robust back-end website applications.
• Create and manage servers and databases to ensure seamless functionality.
• Optimize applications for cross-platform compatibility, including mobile devices.
• Ensure overall application responsiveness and a high-quality user experience.
• Collaborate effectively with graphic designers on visual elements and web design.
• Manage projects comprehensively from initial concept through to final delivery.
• Design, develop, and maintain APIs.
• Balance and meet both technical requirements and user needs.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in web application development and programming languages.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities.
• Proficiency in fundamental front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS or React.
• Proficiency in server-side programming languages like Python, Node.js, or .Net.
• Familiarity with database technologies including MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.
• Excellent verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
