Sales Administration Analyst - CRM Salesforce

Clean Harbors is seeking a proactive Sales Administration Analyst to join our Sales Operations team in Hyderabad, Telangana. This role is crucial for supporting our end-user community, maintaining data quality, and managing operational tasks within the Sales division.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure Health and Safety are prioritized by adhering to all policies and processes.
  • Provide monthly analysis of Sales performance, including Key Performance Indicators, Vertical Dashboards, and Revenue Reporting.
  • Design, implement, and distribute standard sales reports, as well as ad hoc reports requested by Sales and Sales Management, covering revenue, territory analysis, and budget analysis.
  • Continuously analyze revenue data for accuracy and integrity.
  • Research sales systems to identify and resolve integrity and reporting issues, and suggest improvements for quality control and automation.
  • Manage sales hierarchy reporting in Oracle/PeopleSoft and maintain budget and revenue tree structures.
  • Administer the sales and corporate account manager budget application, ensuring the integrity of all budgets and account assignments.
  • Manage quarterly budget changes and structural updates, including territory and account assignments at primary and secondary ownership levels.
  • Research and resolve disputes related to sales bonuses.
  • Troubleshoot system issues for the automated bonus application in collaboration with MIS.
  • Work with Finance on accruals, calculate quarterly sales bonuses, submit payments for processing, and generate reports for bonus approval meetings and final distribution to sales teams.
  • Distribute and track sales bonus plans and non-compete contracts.
  • Undertake special projects and provide ad hoc reports as directed by management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, presentation, writing, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of Clean Harbors sales processes and organization.
  • Team player with strong customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Windows-based applications (MS Word, Excel, Access).
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to work with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Experience administering and analyzing sales programs, data, and information.
  • Prior experience with sales systems and applications.
  • Experience working with BI & SQL.
