Full Job Description
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in CRM integration, API handling, lead management, and frontend development within WordPress environments. The ideal candidate will connect digital lead sources to CRMs, maintain smooth data flow via APIs, and build efficient landing pages.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Integration & Management: Integrate CRMs (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, LeadSquared, Salesforce) with various web platforms. Automate lead flow and build logical rules for assignment/categorization. Monitor data integrity.
- API Integration: Consume RESTful APIs for third-party services (SMS/email/analytics). Develop custom webhooks and troubleshoot API errors to ensure secure data transfer.
- Lead Management: Design systems to capture, validate, and route leads efficiently. Collaborate with marketing/sales on scoring rules and generate basic reports/dashboards for conversion monitoring.
- Frontend Development: Create/maintain landing pages using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery. Ensure responsive UI/UX and optimize for performance/SEO.
- WordPress Development: Customize themes/plugins (Elementor, WPForms). Connect forms to CRMs/APIs. Manage site updates and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of CRM integrations with web platforms.
- Proven API integration expertise (REST, JSON).
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
- Experience with WordPress, Elementor, and popular form plugins.
- Familiarity with Git, browser developer tools, and debugging.
