CRM Data Analyst

EisnerAmper seeks a Sales Pipeline Data Specialist (CRM Analyst) in Mumbai to ensure data quality across the Advisory Services and Outsourced Services Groups. Reporting into Growth, you will audit, clean, and maintain NetSuite CRM pipeline data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct ongoing audits of CRM/pipeline data for duplicates, stale records, or inaccuracies
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly hygiene activities across NetSuite and comparable platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Validate opportunity completeness: stages, ownership, close dates, service lines, originators
• Correct issues directly in CRM; follow up with stakeholders to obtain missing info
• Monitor aging/dormant opportunities for timely updates or disposition
• Prepare pipeline hygiene reports, scorecards, and exception lists for leadership

About the Role:

You will work closely with business development professionals and practice leaders. This role requires 3-4 hours of overlap with U.S. business hours.
