Credit and Master Data Specialist

Key responsibilities include ensuring local credit policy compliance, contributing to policy enhancements, and training relevant staff. You will conduct thorough credit investigations to assess customer creditworthiness, perform diligent collection activities to minimize overdue accounts, and monitor individual credit accounts for prompt resolution of issues. Regular reporting on A/R status to Canadian sales and management teams, along with collaboration with finance counterparts, is essential. This role also involves A/R and other account reconciliations to the General Ledger, maintaining customer account master data (GCM, OneCMD, e-profiles) for optimal quality, and acting as a system administrator for external portals like Ariba, Coupa, and OpenInvoice. You will also execute all trade finance requirements in Canada, including performance bonds and LOCs, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support the Shared Services team during audits.
