AI Trainer – Generative AI and Machine Learning

Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India (with requirements for international/domestic travel)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Science and Machine Learning specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of professional experience, including at least 2 to 5 years specifically focused on large language models (LLMs) and advanced generative AI algorithms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement state-of-the-art machine learning pipelines covering data collection, preprocessing, feature extraction, model training, and evaluation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with software engineers, product managers, and domain experts to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Conduct advanced statistical analysis on large-scale datasets to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Innovate in Natural Language Processing (NLP) by experimenting with novel techniques to enhance language model performance.
• Maintain awareness of the latest NLP/AI research advancements and integrate findings into R&D efforts.
• Coach junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Develop best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes within the data science function.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields (PhD preferred).
• Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, with a specific focus on LLMs and generative AI.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or Java for data manipulation and model development.
• Solid understanding of statistics, probability theory, and mathematical optimization.
• Proven track record of leading ML projects from conception to delivery.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and communication abilities suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
