As a Corporate Sales Manager (CSM), you will be instrumental in cultivating and nurturing client relationships, expanding our existing account base, and securing new business opportunities. Your focus will be on delivering solutions that enhance safety, security, and brand image through our diverse product offerings.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the CSM is responsible for the meticulous management of client relationships, primarily by servicing existing corporate accounts. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to the proactive growth of the account base and closing new business ventures. You will collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Manager to develop and execute comprehensive territory and account plans, ensuring their successful implementation. Working alongside the sales team, you will strive to maximize growth and optimize new regional and national accounts through effective teamwork. Your role involves diligent management of sales funnels and pipelines, with the critical objective of meeting or exceeding quarterly and yearly budget targets for sales, gross margins, and expenses. You will identify, qualify, and engage potential new accounts within your assigned territory, converting them into profitable sales. Maintaining up-to-date administrative functions for your accounts is essential, as is retaining and growing a defined book of customers within your region. Promoting Mark's Commercial in the market through participation in tradeshows, networking events, and social platforms is key to developing the necessary network for increased sales and profitability. You will lead by example, fostering productive and professional relationships to ensure the team maintains positive working dynamics with internal resources, customers, and vendors. Building strong, long-term interactions across all organizational levels, both internally and externally, is crucial for sustained success. Regular communication with your RSM, team members, and other internal and external stakeholders is vital for delivering exceptional client experiences. You will actively identify sales and marketing opportunities to elevate the awareness of Mark's Commercial among both existing and potential accounts. Ultimately, you will represent Mark's professionally within the business community, consistently exceeding customer needs at every opportunity.
