InfosecTrain is actively seeking a motivated and results-oriented Corporate Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for our cutting-edge cybersecurity training solutions within enterprise and mid-market sectors. This remote position demands exceptional B2B consultative selling prowess, adept client relationship management, and the ability to effectively engage with IT leaders, HR/L&D professionals, and key decision-makers. You will be instrumental in identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, managing the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing deals, and building a sustainable pipeline of corporate clients. Responsibilities include conducting compelling product presentations, providing insightful training consultations, collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions, and consistently achieving ambitious monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead B2B sales initiatives for cybersecurity training programs and certifications.
  • Proactively identify and engage with corporate clients, IT decision-makers, and L&D departments.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, encompassing prospecting, client meetings, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Cultivate and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified corporate sales leads.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and consultative training sessions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure the delivery of customized and effective training solutions.
  • Meet and exceed established monthly and quarterly revenue objectives.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of progressive experience in B2B sales, with a strong preference for backgrounds in IT, EdTech, training, or technology sales.
  • Proven experience in corporate sales or enterprise-level account management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in communication, negotiation, and closing techniques.
  • Previous experience selling to IT departments, HR teams, or corporate clients is highly advantageous.
  • A self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented professional mindset.

Preferred Background:

Candidates with prior success in selling IT training/certification programs, EdTech solutions, or cybersecurity/IT services will be strongly considered.
