Core JAVA/Struts Tech Lead

We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead with expertise in Core Java, J2EE, and Struts to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. This role requires strong technical leadership, excellent communication, and good analytical skills to understand business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead development efforts for Java/J2EE/Struts projects.
• Mentor and guide team members.
• Contribute to software design and architecture.
• Estimate efforts and manage iterative scheduling.
• Ensure adherence to CMMI processes and best practices.
• Manage defects and change requests for applications in maintenance.

Mandatory Skills:

• Core Java (versions 1.4 to 8)
• Servlet, JSP
• Hibernate (versions 2.x, 3.x)
• Struts 1.2
• SOAP based Web Services
• RESTful Web Services
• Basic SQL, PL/SQL
• JBoss (versions 4.x – 7.x)
• Familiarity with CMMI process
• Experience in various Reviews and Software Engineering Best Practices
• Experience in Efforts Estimation and iterative scheduling
• Team handling and mentoring

Desirable Skills:

• Spring Boot
• JAXB
• XML and XML Parsers (SAX, DOM)
• Unix shell scripting
• Rich experience in Software Engineering Processes
• Rich experience in Design & J2EE Design Patterns
• Oracle 9i, 10g, 11g (including complex SQL queries and PL/SQL concepts)
• Experience in the Chip manufacturing domain
• Experience in knowledge acquisition on existing applications
• Experience in Application Management & Maintenance

• B.Tech degree
