Full Job Description
We are seeking a **Copilot Developer** to design, develop, and enhance AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio. This role focuses on creating intelligent copilots that integrate enterprise data, systems, and Microsoft 365 platforms to empower business users with secure, scalable AI experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and customize solutions using Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio, leveraging topics, prompts, actions, and generative AI features.
- Develop copilots by integrating them with Power Automate flows, REST APIs, and third-party connectors to extend Copilot capabilities.
- Apply prompt engineering best practices to ensure accurate, relevant, and safe AI responses while adhering to enterprise security and governance standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize Copilot use cases, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Test, debug, and optimize Copilot performance and user experience for seamless adoption.
- Create technical documentation and support knowledge transfer to ensure smooth implementation and maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Strong understanding of API integration, data connectors, and Microsoft 365/Azure/Dynamics 365 ecosystems.
- Familiarity with conversational AI design, prompt engineering, and data security/privacy compliance.
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in AI-driven development or enterprise automation.
