Conversion UX Strategist

Role: Conversion UX Strategist

This is not a traditional website designer or developer role. We are looking for strategic thinkers who prioritize conversion goals over pure aesthetics. You will plan visitor journeys, design mobile-first landing pages using AI tools, and optimize funnels to drive enquiries.

About the Role:

• Plan complete conversion journeys from ad click to enquiry (Ad → Landing Page → Enquiry Form).
• Create strategy documents and wireframes for client approval before design begins.
• Use AI-assisted tools to build mobile-first UIs aligned with campaign messages.
• Analyze competitors, define target audiences, and structure pages that overcome objections.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Research: Understand client USPs, audience pain points, and competitor gaps.
   
2. Funnel Planning: Design the flow from ad to thank-you page with clear CTAs.
   
3. Strategy Docs: Prepare structured strategy documents explaining layout logic for approval.
   
4. AI-Assisted Design: Execute approved strategies into clean, mobile-first UI designs.
5. Optimization: Monitor post-launch data and recommend structural improvements to boost conversion rates.
