Conversion UX Strategist

Role Overview

We are seeking a Conversion UX Strategist to plan and design high-converting landing pages for our ad campaigns. This role focuses on strategic thinking (funnel planning) rather than coding or building websites from templates.

About the Role

You will study client products, define target audiences, analyze competitors, and map out the customer journey from ad click to enquiry form submission. You must create a strategy document with wireframes for client approval before using AI tools to design mobile-first pages that align perfectly with advertising messages.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze clients' USPs (Unique Selling Points) and business goals.
• Define target audiences including demographics, pain points, and trust factors.
• Audit competitor ads and landing pages to identify gaps.
• Map the full conversion path: Ad → Landing Page → Enquiry Form → Thank You page.
• Create strategic documentation detailing headlines, offers, benefits, social proof, and CTAs.
• Design UI using AI tools based on approved plans, ensuring mobile-first optimization.
• Collaborate with the ads team to launch campaigns and track enquiry metrics.

Who We Are Looking For

This role is for you if you prioritize strategy over design. Ask questions about goals and audiences before opening a tool. You should be able to justify every element on a page based on conversion logic, not aesthetics alone. Experience planning landing pages that drive results (calls, WhatsApp leads) via ad campaigns is required.

Requirements

• No prior experience building WordPress/Shopify sites or coding in HTML/CSS needed.
• Must be able to write clear strategy docs for client approval.
• Comfortable using AI tools for rapid wireframing and UI creation.
