Infobeans is seeking talented Conventional AI / ML Engineers to join our dynamic team in Pune, Indore, and Baner. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing, training, and deploying advanced machine learning and deep learning models across various business domains. Your responsibilities will include intricate data preprocessing, feature engineering, rigorous model experimentation, and thorough evaluation. You will also play a key part in supporting model deployment, continuous monitoring, and implementing robust MLOps workflows to guarantee stable production performance. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to collaborate closely with product, data, and engineering teams, translating complex insights into scalable and deployable ML solutions. You'll contribute to building a library of reusable ML components and refining our end-to-end ML pipelines.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong proficiency in Python for machine learning and data engineering.
• Hands-on experience with core ML libraries like scikit-learn, XGBoost, and LightGBM.
• Proven experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Solid understanding of data manipulation using NumPy and pandas.
• Ability to create compelling visualizations with Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly.
• Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including text preprocessing, embeddings, and transformer-based techniques.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools like MLflow, Docker, or cloud-based ML services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex).

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of React or Angular for model visualization or UI integration.
• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and automated ML pipelines.
