Job Summary: This role involves work related to general electrical systems, power management, cable and wiring, sensors, control system implementation, motors and drives, and compliance with regulatory standards such as API, NEC, NFPA, and IEEE. The position also includes troubleshooting, diagnostics, and signal analysis for oil and gas drilling equipment and processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and professionals dedicated to customer-centric innovation.

Requirements:
- Prior experience with numerical computing and data simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, ETAP, SKM, SCADA, or similar.
- Proficiency in PLC programming and/or high-level programming languages (C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, etc.).
- Ability to create and interpret logic diagrams, flow diagrams, and schematics for system design, programming, simulation, testing, and start-up.
- Previous experience in power systems, energy management, energy storage, microgrids, and ESG.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple engineering disciplines and operational groups.
- Excellent professional and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in the oil and gas, automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, food processing, or similar industries.
- Hands-on field experience with power and control systems is a plus.
- Configuration and programming experience with VFDs is a plus.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 2 to 10 years of professional experience.
