The Role

We are seeking a Web Designer and Developer to join our marketing team. You will own the design, build, and publishing of our websites and landing pages, shaping how people first experience Existence online from concept to launch. This is a design-first role requiring hands-on expertise in Webflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Build: Design and launch web pages and campaign landing pages (Figma to Webflow). Create lifecycle landing pages for launches, re-engagement, and lead magnets. Maintain a consistent, polished experience across all properties.
• Website Ownership: Manage site structure, navigation, and publishing daily. Optimize performance, accessibility, SEO/GEO best practices. Run A/B tests in VWO with growth marketing to improve conversion rates.
• Collaboration & Measurement: Partner with engineering on analytics tracking and hand-offs. Apply custom code where needed as appropriate for the project scope.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of web design experience with a strong portfolio of shipped marketing sites.
• Excellent typography, layout, and visual craft skills.
• Proficiency in Figma and hands-on Webflow development (required).
• Strong knowledge of conversion-optimized site best practices.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS, SEO/GEO fundamentals, page performance, and accessibility standards.

Working Style

You thrive on fast iteration: ship quickly, learn from results, and refine without sacrificing quality. AI tools are a core part of your daily workflow for design, imagery, copy variations, and code generation. You must be self-directed with strong communication skills across marketing, brand, and engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with VWO or similar A/B testing tools (Optimizely, AB Tasty).
• Familiarity with other CMSs like Framer, WordPress, or Shopify.
• Motion/animation experience (GSAP, Lottie, Webflow Interactions).
• Agency or in-house marketing design background.
