Content Writer

About the Role:

We are urgently hiring for a Content Writer position at our Tilak Nagar office. OrbiTouch HR seeks a creative and detail-oriented professional to create engaging, informative, and SEO-friendly content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess excellent writing skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex ideas into compelling narratives that drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create original, high-quality content for websites, blogs, landing pages, and social media channels.
• Develop SEO-optimized articles, marketing copy, website text, and recruitment materials including LinkedIn posts and job descriptions.
• Conduct thorough research on industry trends, keywords, competitors, and relevant topics to produce valuable insights.
• Proofread and edit all content for accuracy, clarity, grammatical correctness, and consistency with brand voice.
• Collaborate closely with HR, recruitment, marketing teams, and stakeholders to define content requirements.
• Create compelling headlines, captions, taglines, and promotional copy that resonate with target audiences.
• Optimize existing content based on SEO best practices and performance analytics.
• Manage multiple assignments efficiently while meeting strict deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in content writing, copywriting, or a similar role.
• Exceptional written communication skills and mastery of English grammar.
• Fundamental understanding of SEO principles, keyword research strategies, and content optimization techniques.
• Proven experience authoring blogs, website content, social media posts, and various marketing materials.
• Demonstrated strong abilities in research, proofreading, editing, and fact-checking.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and reliability in meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn platforms and other major social media channels.
• Knowledge of AI writing tools and Content Management Systems (CMS) is considered an added advantage.

• Able to craft clear, engaging, and audience-focused content consistently.
• A self-motivated professional who thrives working independently while remaining collaborative within a team environment.
• Candidates with prior experience in HR, recruitment, staffing agencies, or corporate communications are highly preferred.
