Full Job Description
As a Contract AI Safety Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and reliability of AI models by identifying vulnerabilities through adversarial testing. Your responsibilities include:
- Conducting red team exercises to test conversational AI models and agents for jailbreaks, prompt injections, and bias exploitation.
- Generating high-quality human data by annotating failures, classifying vulnerabilities, and flagging systemic risks.
- Applying structured methodologies by following taxonomies, benchmarks, and playbooks for consistent testing.
- Documenting findings reproducibly through reports, datasets, and attack cases for actionable insights.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in red teaming, AI adversarial work, cybersecurity, or socio-technical probing.
- An adversarial mindset with a structured approach to pushing systems to their limits.
- Strong communication skills to explain risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability to thrive across diverse projects and customers.
This is a remote contract role with a flexible commitment of 10-40 hours per week.
Compensation: $20–$22 per hour.
