Consulting Associate - Corporate Strategy & Digital Transformation
Join Winterberry Group, a leading consulting firm focused on corporate strategy and digital transformation in New York, NY. We are seeking a motivated Consulting Associate to support diverse client engagements. This role involves conducting in-depth research and contributing significantly to client deliverables, playing a key part in shaping strategic initiatives and driving digital advancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute critical components of client deliverables, including market trend analyses, competitive landscape assessments, voice-of-customer summaries, and opportunity mapping.
- Provide comprehensive support for customer and management interviews, encompassing scheduling, meticulous note-taking, and synthesizing insights into actionable takeaways.
- Aggregate, analyze, and visualize data to inform market sizing, survey analysis, and the application of proprietary firm models.
- Perform thorough desk research to analyze competitive landscapes and market dynamics across various relevant sectors.
- Contribute to the development of thought leadership content, such as white papers and market outlooks, as well as internal publications.
Qualifications:
- Prior consulting or research experience is mandatory.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in primary and secondary research, financial analysis, strategic planning, market/competitive benchmarking, and data aggregation.
- Must have completed undergraduate or graduate studies; current degree program enrollees are ineligible.
- Exceptional English written and oral communication skills, with proficiency in face-to-face, video, and telephone interactions.
- Strong presentation abilities coupled with a high degree of organization and execution skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with proven experience in researching, developing, refining, and presenting client deliverables.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently, while also effectively supporting and collaborating within a small team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the advertising, marketing, and technology industries is advantageous but not required.
